The fragrance is more sophisticated than the name suggests. Amber, musk, and tobacco form the base, with cedarwood underneath and a lift of bergamot and jasmine at the top — warm and a little smoky, closer to a fireplace in October than a pumpkin spice anything.
Poured into glass with an 8% fragrance load, which is why it throws well across a room rather than only smelling good up close. The blend is 60% soy and 40% paraffin with a cotton wick, a combination that burns cleanly and holds fragrance better than soy alone.
Available in two shapes: a tall 4-inch square and a wider, lower 5.5-inch vessel. Both burn approximately 14 hours. The pair looks especially good together — buy one of each and group them on a mantel or coffee table for the height variation.
