Prosper Vase – Ochre

Molded ceramic petals rise from a rounded foot and meet just below the lip, forming a scalloped rim. It's a shape that rewards a second look — the dimension is built into the form rather than painted on, so the vase reads differently depending on where the light falls.

The warm ochre glaze is doing real work here. A flat white would flatten the petal detail; the ochre catches in the ridges and pools slightly in the valleys, which is what gives the surface its depth. It's a color that belongs to autumn without being locked to it — it sits just as well against greenery in spring.

Available in two sizes, and they were designed to be used together. Grouped on a harvest table with the taller vase behind, they read as one arrangement rather than two objects. Beautiful with stems, dried grasses, or empty as sculpture on a shelf.
